APart from the standard plan, end elevation etc and isometric views, I sometimes C=ACCIDENTLY get the very useful ability to roll the model round to get a better idea of what is going on.

How do I invoke this mode and clear it Please?

Best wishes,

Jim

I don't know of a way to clear it but rather choose another choice such as the Examine and World Plan (Ctrl-W) usually bring me back to my original state.

I hold the depressed mouse wheel to move the view in realtime; Dynamic Examine. Sometimes it is necessary to use the Dynamic Zoom (Hold+Ctrl) and move in/out a little to get the View to orbit the way I want. Sometimes I may use "Look to Drawing Center" (Ctrl+Shift+D).

There is also the Examine tool on the Walkthrough toolbar.

Once you get the View the way you want, use "View / Named View" to save it under a unique name. The view can be deleted/cleared.
