I have been using TC since v7 and GenericCad since the mid 80's, so how am I still considered a newbie on this new site?  I'm more old than I am new.

I think one's status depends upon how many messages he's posted.
That's one of the many childishly cute "features" of this site I detest.

Now it's a race between you and Winston to see who can hit a hundred posts first. :-) Then you get to be a "full member" with ALL its privileges and benefits.

Are you kidding? I'm so old, when I went to school they didn't have History.  I used to have alot of post's on the old site, maybe not the brightest bulb in the pack post's, but post's.  I just feel so "dirty" being a "newbie" again.

I'll concede now. I discovered that your federal tax rate is increased by the natural log of your number of posts.

You must have missed the memo.  Sorry John, no bennies for you.  But cheer up, the government just allocated $5,000,000. to be used to bail out TurboCad newbies. About time.  And, am I in trouble for starting this thread?   :-\ Will my privileges be revoked?  :-[  Does TC have a sense of humor? :o

Surely it should be influenced by the quality of postings rather than just quantity.

That's not really me on the motorcycle, in reality, I'm at least 10lbs thinner.  And when is one of you guys going to smile?  I know business is in the crapper, but at least the latest TC offerings have been more stable than previous versions. ;D
