It would be helpful to know which particular window has the focus.
At present, it's not easy to see which is which.   :(

They need to be highlighted more clearly.

You can design without engineering, but you cannot engineer without design.
Using Win 10 with Designer 2017-2020 and TurboCAD Pro. Plat. 2018-2020 + Lightworks (64-bit versions) + AnimationLab 5.2.
Windows 10 Pro (1909) 64-bit

Confirm

Maybe a green line around the window that is active, i did see something like that when Selection Info Palette was active in last build of 2019.5
A green line on the top of palette area and going down 1 row on each side.

Confirm.

If you turn off the caption (Window / Hide Caption) and the Rulers and Scroll Bars, the active window is highlighted around its border. It shows up as a gray color in my Default UI style.

John,

doesn't really do it for me!   ;D

And, the description isn't shown in the title bar.

And, it might be helpful if the focus changed when each tile was clicked on, rather than also changing when the mouse was moved un/intentionally across any tile.
This, I find, can be very annoying and is easy to miss.   >:(
