I installed a patch I received this weekend (6-29-19) and after installation lost all of my keyboard assignments and the program is running significantly slower. Has anyone else had this problem? I wish I never installed it!

You can uninstall the patched version and re-install the original, unpatched version.

Alternatively, you could get the current ESD and install that.

We might wind up doing that. I've been emailing people at IMSI Design and they claim they are going to check into it, but I'm not holding my breath. When we installed the new TC 2019, it worked great until the patch came along and fouled it all up. I don't think I will ever install those again. Thanks Jeffin!

Jeffin,
I spoke with my IT guy and he says if we uninstall the patch, it would affect any future patches provided / installed by TC. I've contacted IMSI Design and they forwarded my problem to a Tech, saying it would be faster then the original guy I contacted to write up a ticket. So far I haven't heard anything from him. Apparently, other people are having the same problem.
I've noticed when I re-boot, the problem seems to not be as bad and speeds up a little, but like a clock slowing down, the problem persists. There seems to be no solution, unless I get some help from IMSI Design. From my past experience, they will not be any help.

Make a note of the Version and Build in your current setup (Help / About).  Make sure you have the original program installation file and the patch, then uninstall the program.

Go to turbocad.com and download the free trial software for the version you have.  When you install it, use your Serial Number and Activation Code.  Check the Version and Build as before.  If they're the same (or more recent), then you have your ESD without any patch problems.

If the free trial is an older version, then uninstall it and return to your original files, but be sure to install them in Administrator Mode.

I noticed that my 2018pp & 2019pp now run and open files faster after the most recent windows 10 update of 1903.

You can design without engineering, but you cannot engineer without design.
Using Win 10 with Designer 2016/2017 and TurboCAD Pro. Plat. 2018/2019 + Lightworks (64-bit versions) + AnimationLab 5.2.

We followed Jeffins recommendation and uninstalled the patch and reinstalled the original program and it works fine. I don't think I'll ever install one of their patches again. It was supposed to update the program. That's a heckuva update which slows the program down to a snail's pace. We  coordinated with IMSI for two weeks and never got any helpful information and they never figured out what was wrong with their patch either.
