I spoke with my IT guy and he says if we uninstall the patch, it would affect any future patches provided / installed by TC. I've contacted IMSI Design and they forwarded my problem to a Tech, saying it would be faster then the original guy I contacted to write up a ticket. So far I haven't heard anything from him. Apparently, other people are having the same problem.
I've noticed when I re-boot, the problem seems to not be as bad and speeds up a little, but like a clock slowing down, the problem persists. There seems to be no solution, unless I get some help from IMSI Design. From my past experience, they will not be any help.
