Sometimes I want to edit the Workplane using UCS, just like I can do with objects. Why can I only edit the Workplane according to the WCS?

But I wish I could enter a value in "Delta X" when I am changing the origin, and have the value change relative to the UCS, not the WCS.

I agree that would be a useful feature. Editing an existing Workplane is so awkward now that I almost never do it, finding it easier to create a brand-new one.

Right click, "Edit Current WorkPlane".

re: …Right click, "Edit Current WorkPlane".…

It should be noted that the "Show/Hide Workplane" option needs to be activated, otherwise the "Edit" workplane tool is disabled.
