I can create 3d pdf's in TC V-21 , save as Adobe 3d , very easy. Then view and orbit the 3d drawing on any pc with Adobe Acrobat Reader.

I was trying to open the files in the two Android 3d readers, but nothing happens. One gives me an error , one just does nothing.

Tech Soft 3D -  "nothing"
Protech Solutions - "Unsupported content(possiblyU3D format) in PDF file. No PRC data found."

Anyone tried this before, I would like potential customers to be able to easily look at 3d drawings, on tablets and laptops, without having to be a cad tech,

I don't know about Android, but I can open 3D PDF's in my iPad with TurboViewer. It converts the PDF to U3D. I has all the standard view icons and many other helpful options.

Their webpage TurboViewer [Free] says that it's available for Android.
