That's not what "Draw>Table tool is for".

If you want some pre-made Title-Blocks, Open a New Drawing, choosing "From Template", and in your Templates Folder (which automatically installs when you install TurboCAD- unless you choose differently) are a few pre-made Title-Blocks.  Some are "typical-looking" "blueprint style" types.

Note:  If you allowed the default installation location of Folders when you installed TurboCAD 19 Deluxe, and you are running Windows 7, you should find the "pre-made" Template files at->  C:\Program Files (x86)\IMSIDesign\TCW19\Template on your system.

Does the Deluxe version have the multi text tool? You can create a subscript or superscript font in the multi text tool editor by changing the height and position of the font. See attached picture.

Yes, version-19-Deluxe has the Multi-Text tool, with the subscript/superscript functionality (among other text-formatting functions).

Though, on my system, the Multi-Text Tool is a pretty squirrelly; works, but pretty squirrelly.
