Print styles not consistent

I'm using TC 16.2 Pro Platinum. I keep having problems with my print styles staying consisent on my drawings.  I have a template set up and if I print something straight from it everything works but after I start a project and get ready to print the print styles get totally messed up.  To give an example I have attached a couple of PDF files and the TCW file.  Notice how the door symbols and dimensions are extremely thick when the print style should have them only .01 inch thick.  Can someone help me understand why the print styles quit having any effect.  BTW it's not a PDF printing problem because the paper prints look exactly like the PDF.  Any advice as to what I'm doing wrong is appreciated.

I have what might be a similar problem,

When I edit text or dimension fonts, and save as dwg, fonts revert to txt. when the file is reopened. Am I missing a default or preference somewhere?
