Looks well built Don.I bet it take some abuse when it come to handling in shipping process. Good construction!! Ideal for delicate instruments it looks like it could win a patent :)

Thanks for having a look and for the comments.

Darrel, no TC boxes in this case but there is something else that will be revealed sometime in December. I have attached a small hint.

Tim, the latch components are extruded profiles.

WD, the parts are probably already copyright. I snagged some 2D files from TCH for reference and measurements.

At one point I had considered creating this case for the BOM tutorial I had created but decided it was too complex. It was, however, fun to make in TC.

Very nice.

My guess: Two rounded rectangles. The outer one used for the basic extrusion. The inner one used with the Imprint tool with the Dimple option activated.
