It's probably a stretch but since people asked and replied to the forum questions, shouldn't they be entitled to intellectual property rights? After all, if the folks at IMSI didn't have time to answer the questions about their product and the forum contributors did, then the contributors should have rights as to the availability and use of their contributions. There by, IMSI should keep the old forum available on a website or offered on a cd or dvd. I'm not a lawyer but just for the sake of argument. It reminds me of when I was scuba diving in the Grand Caymans and the resort owner asked me to send some of my underwater photos to him so that he could use them in the resort's brochure. Well, he sold the place and my pictures never got into the brochure and I never heard from him again.
