Was the left hand thread intentional? I've never seen one on a light bulb.

No.I notice that myself. Maybe adjustment in the tool palette will remedy it. It's Just illusion.Easy fix .

 There more to see, check at this link.I'll think you enjoy these as well.yup it makes nice screen saver also .I like the theme the image conveys.I can feel warmth myself.
