TC Pro17 to Solidworks

Yesterday I asked about importing SW files to TC Pro17.  Today I'm wondering if one can import TC Pro17 files to SW.

Basically, my company has partners/vendors who build equipment per my TC design. They often ask for electronic files they can import into SW. Can this be done? If so, what should I save my TC files as so they can use them?

Thx!

SolidWorks will accept both sat and stp files... which version of sat to save as depends on the version of SolidWorks.

I prefer stp myself.

You're welcome.

You need to realize that there is no real error checking of parts in TC... so programs like SolidWorks and such are going to find every conceivable flaw/problem that your part has. You might want to consider downloading a program that will do this before you send your parts.
