windows7 turbocad15 pro

I have loaded Turbocad 15 Pro onto my new computer Running a GA-890FXA-UD7 Gigabyte Mother Board with a 6xAMD processor with a Sapphire Radeon HD5770 Graphics board,8TGs hard drive,It accepts the activation Keys and I can configure the setup But I can't draw anything ,I can change any thing in the setup but still won't work. Anybody Have any Ideas.I'm a Newby by the way from Queensland Australia.Hi everybody.
I have had TurboCad since verion 9.2,12,14 to15.2.

Difficult to tell from here. Are all your layers locked?

None of the layers are locked,it worked in Windows XP,Mindscape have said the Program won't work on Windows 7,Iwould have to upgrade to Version 17.

I have just Looked again & there is a coloured x on the template I open even as a new drawing which won't respond to anything I do.

Is Layer '0' turned off by chance?

I've opened a new Template & there are no Layers turned off.But there is a coloured x.

It may be worth trying to do a repair. I have Windows 7 and 15.2 pro and 17.2 pro and both work okay.
