I would like to copy the "Feature Movie's" for v. 16 and v. 17 to a DVD with my other tutorial's. Is this possible.  Have Window 7.   No luck with "Save as target"  or other Save settings.

They're Adobe Flash files, so you cannot save them directly by right-clicking.

However, you can save the entire Web page if you are using Firefox (maybe Explorer, but I don't use that much).

I created a folder named "Web" in "My Documents" and use this location to save the files. The html code for the current page will be saved in this folder under the file name you approve (the default name for the first animation is "muntins") and a folder will be created with the same name and "_files" appended to it.  The Flash file will be there.

Thanks Jeff. After I save the first one, I remembered doing this a year or two ago on some video's for 3D Canvas.

Using a linux box with flash plug-in for Firefox installed go to the web site and play the video.  Linux will cache the FLV file in /tmp directory.  find the video file and convert to your favorite video format using ffmpeg.

Hi. I have a question regarding potential new features in V17.

A while ago I asked a question to Turbocad technical support about adding a text attribute to a block and making it non-rotatable (I'm currently using v14, and the option to make block attributes non-rotatable is greyed out in the properties dialogue). At the time, v16 was the current version, and the tech support guy I corresponded with (Vlad) said that it wasn't possible in v16 but he would forward a request to the developers for possible inclusion in v17. Can anyone tell me whether this function has been included in the new v17? It's the one thing that I would love to be able to do which I can't with my current v14, so I would love to know whether or not I'd be wasting my money buying an upgrade to v17.
