Hi,

Can TC civil make triangles out of imported mesh from Photogrammetry software in say dxf format?

The term 'mesh' needs clarification but the software can create triangles from any set of X Y Z points as long as Z is positive-up. Also TurboCAD can read a DXF file, it is best to use "Insert/File."

Hi,

I can create mesh from context capture and agisoft photoscan in a variety of formats eg. fbx, dxf, dwg, obj.  Is the only way to make triangles, through data imported through the import points tool?

Is the import points tool broken for most of the formats shown in the attached?

The tool can make triangles from a set of points or polygons. If you feel a supported format is broken please supply the example.
