Finding exact tangent point

There must be a way to find the exact tangent point in a situation like this. Right now I can't seem to find out how. Could someone help me out?

You should be able to I SEKE snap there with a line tool or other tool you are wanting to work off there from.

I don't understand why you didn't use Tangent to (or from) Arc or Curve.

In the second image, I moved the Line's Reference Point to the upper end and scaled it larger.
