Is there anyway to recover a TC-19 deleted drawing?

You could try look in Backup or Autosave folder to see if there is something left there.
Typical placed in;
C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\Documents\TurboCAD "Your edition" 19

Edit:
Have you checked you Trashbin and there was at least long time ago a UNDEL command to use in C:\ , still work i dont know

There should be a "Recycle Bin" icon on your Windows desktop. Right-click on it and choose "Open" and wait. Scroll through list for the deleted TCW drawing or put *.tcw in the Search field to narrow it down to just TurboCAD drawings.

Thanks, then i know the English name, in Norwegian it's "Papirkurv" and earlier it was "Søppelkurv", henche Trashbin.

I have mine set up to never save anything, deleted is deleted, finish, boring to keep control over how much there is inside it.
So if i delete something i should not deleted, i take it like a man, and cry when i'm alone :))

Under the TurboCAD's Options drop-down menu, look for the File Locations.  There are two possibilities for you: AutoSave Files and Backups.  I change the default location (on the boot drive) during installation to my data drive where it's backed up more frequently; your location will be different.
