apart from the help files provided with AnimationLab, I would recommend looking at Andy H's Help file:-

which is well worth studying.

In C:\Program Files\IMSIDesign\AnimationLab v5 64-bit\Samples.  there are some example done by the programmers.  Many of these contain the tcw file, so one can look at he way the animation was set up.   

And Obviously.  Fell free to ask any questions you may have regarding AL,  in this part of the TC forum.
