First off, we have no access to your C: drive. You would have to add the file as an attachment (you can do that while creating a message by clicking on Attachments and other options at the bottom left of the text entry window).
Don Cheke published a method for doing this several years ago, but it used a Microsoft tool (OLE) that is no longer supported by Microsoft. Depending on the version of Microsoft Word you have installed, you may get results with this.
