The simplest thing to try first is save the file, exit TurboCAD and re-start it.

If that doesn't solve the problem, then right-click on an empty area of the TurboCAD UI that is outside the Paper or Model space display (I right-click to the right of the Help pull-down menu), choose the Palette tab and turn the desired Palette off if it's on then exit the pop-up before re-entering and turning the desired Palette on.

The third thing you could try is deleting the Built-In folder (see the instructions here: http://forums.turbocad.com/index.php/topic,9797.0.html) after exiting TurboCAD.

The fourth thing to try would be uninstalling and re-installing TurboCAD (recommended that you do this in Administrator mode).  If you have a custom Workspace, you should copy that to another folder, then copy it back (again, in Administrator mode), probably to this path ==> C:\ProgramData\IMSIDesign\TurboCAD 2018\Deluxe\TurboCAD 18 Deluxe\Config.

Or in the library palette unload everything in the library.
Reload the folder where your symbols are.
If there aren't icons right click on one of the question marks and click on update thumbnails. Make sure that for this category only is selected at the bottom or else it could take a long time. - You can also use per item-

TC 2015 platinum
TC 2017 with lightworks
