Scaling Up TC Prof 2017 drawing

I have a floor plan that is very complicated drawn actual size. When I scaled the drawing up 1.5 times to improve readability, the dimensions changed and scaled up too. I don't care if the final drawing is to a recognizable, usable scale, just it need to be larger to be readable. Is there some way to do this and all of the dimensions remain as is?

Of course the dimensions will change with the resized objects; that's their function.

The solution is to draw 1:1 in Model Space, then create named Views that have the desired coverage and, when needed, apply that to a Viewport in Paper Space.

Normally we would use viewports as you related, but we're having trouble getting them to work correctly on our system and keep getting crashes with other problems. Something in the program I guess.

I'll wager it's more likely to be the drawing/operator rather than TurboCAD.
Please post an example file, which would allow us to help more.

You can design without engineering, but you cannot engineer without design.
Using Win 10 with Designer 2016/2017 and TurboCAD Pro. Plat. 2018/2019 + Lightworks (64-bit versions) + AnimationLab 5.2.

Why do you need to "scale everything up to improve readability"?  That only makes sense if you need a print, so why not use the printer preferences to scale it up?
