After upgrading I can't download Delux 2017

When I follow the link emailed to me after pmt went through I get a message saying "File no longer exists" This occurred immediately after receiving the email with links to download.
Anyone else running into this? I have a ticket in but that may take 24 hours and I really need to get to work..

My old version (21) was working fine but today all the menus are gone, thus my decision to upgrade..
