These work for me:

Involute:

X=a*(cos(u)+u*sin(u))

Y=a*(sin(u)-u*cos(u))

Z=0

Logarithmic Spiral:

X=a*exp(b*u)*cos(u)

Y=a*exp(b*u)*sin(u)

Z=0

a and b are constants of your choice. If I'm reading the WIKi correctly, the Fibonacci spiral is special case of the logarithmic spiral in which b = 0.306. In all cases, u is the angle of revolution of the radius vector in radians.
