My New Website started

Been busy for the last week or so, biting the bullet and updating my website which will eventually be my launchpad for both my engineering and artwork.

The 3d Mondrian Glass background was created in Turbocad.

I have created a number of websites over the years but this is the first to cater for mobile devices and has taken a bit of time to get compatibility with most of the phones and tablets.

Tell me what you think, a few more things to iron out yet as I discover them on different browsers and devices.

Thanks Don, I had over 300 works up at one stage and then about January decided 8 years on fineartamerica was a long time and needed a break so pulled all of my images off and closed down my account,  around may I started putting some new work up and am also doing a revamp on some earlier works that I decided I could improve on. I am now sorting out promotion before I go any further as that part is the part that I kept putting off as I was too engrossed with the artwork and then hopefully a lot of new work and lots of the older stuff that had sales.

You should try FAA Don, I think you would like the art community there.

I like the look, sort of a brushed aluminum (aluminium, on your side of the pond) with some intense anodizing.

Thanks for the feedback people, I work around the clock but too engrossed at times and like everyone you have to stop every now and then and get organized which is what I am about at present.

For those who have websites, please post your links here as I would love to see what idea's people have come up with.

One of the best sites I remember seeing was a flash animation site with all metalica and vault doors opening along with the music. The site was created by one of the lads here but will have to check back through the post but thing it was called Daka Tek or similar.

Here was the discussion thread on the Dakatec website from a few years back, pity they never archived the site or maybe they did when they moved up to a more business orientated interface.
