Bend by path arrow ?

Is it just me, or has the direction arrow vanished from the bend tool in one of the patch builds.

In the original build one selected the two initial points then a blue arrow showed for snapping direction, in my latest build it ain't there anymore. I can still snap or type in direction but I miss the arrow as a reminder of what step I was up to.

I just tried Bend to Path in Build 31.1 and the blue arrow was in there.

No blue arrow in my installation (23.1.31.1, 32-Bit; Redstuff OFF or ON; doesn't matter).

Thanks John and Henry.

I'll do some testing when I get time to see if there is a setting John may have different, as it doesn't appear on my build 31.1 (64 bit, using RedSdk only)

I stand corrected, I found it.

Still not much use though, in my 64 bit version it is apparently one drawing unit in size, and because I use mm its really tiny, I would have to zoom right in to see a 1mm long arrow, ( I'd need a magnifying glass in real life  :) )

Switching to metres makes it just a touch too big - attached  :o,

In my installation it's just a line segment. Zero width, not blue and not an arrow, and it is indeed one drawing unit long and therefore nearly useless.

It sounds like you're in Plan View. Try an isometric view to see the complete arrow; as it's displayed on the workplane it's going to.

It's the same in any view. Maybe it's an XP thing. Doesn't really matter, since I'd prefer typing a number in the IBar anyway.

Just posted on a similar issue, yep the arrow is missing and this may explain why I'm getting wrong results.
