TC 2015 Deluxe Crash - will no longer start up; Crush_1.crs file not found...

Hi,

All of the sudden TC 2015 Deluxe will not start up.  The TC GUI comes up AOK, but the window is grayed out and I can not click on any tools, or open any TC files up.

Upon startup, a dialogue box comes up that states:  Crush_1.crs file not found.

I am running this on a Windows 8 Machine.  TC also freezes my machine up every time I start TC.  I have to do a restart on the PC to get the PC running again...

How can I correct this problem?

Probably best to reinstall the program. Hopefully that will clear up any problems.

Hi thanks,

After 3 or 4 PC restarts, the problem has disappeared.  Started up fine just now.

Strange problem.  If it persists I will re install.

Check your internet connection also . TC will "hang" and not start up unless it can access the 'net.
