TC V20 Pro asking for TC V19 Deluxe Disk when accessing Options

I actually have a couple of problems that may or may not be related.

I'm running TC V20.2 Pro (Build 51.3)

First, when I click on "Options" on the toolbar (actually, just hovering over "Options" has the same effect) a dialog box pops up asking for the TC V19 Deluxe disk saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM..." Apparently it's looking for the TC V19 installation package. When I cancel I get an Error 1706.  This only occurs the first time I access Options after starting TC V20 Pro.

The second problem is that I'm unable to edit material properties under LightWorks.  It causes the software to freeze to all inputs EXCEPT for hitting the Esc key.  Hitting Esc "unfreezes" the software but I'm still unable to edit materials.

I should mention that this is on a work computer and I do not have Admin rights.  I can, however, submit a work order with our computer support team if needed.

Can anyone suggest a fix?  Should I have TC V19 uninstalled?

Thanks.

From looking at "Error 1706" on Google, I think your Network people should contact IMSI Support. As far as I know, you should be able to run both versions, but I've never been on a network.
