Why is it when I go to Boolean Tool and use 3D subtract to make holes in a object half the time I get this message ( the resultant acis solid is degrated and the Boolean operation is discarded)

Why do two tools 3D ADD and #D subtract swap functions - the 3D ADD subtracts and the 3D subtract ADD? sometimes?

Why is it when I move the work plane reference point to a vertex on an object it keeps on jumping back to its last reference point, but after about ten goes at it - it works?

Why does the work plane move to another facet all by its self and only stops doing it after about 10 goes of putting it back?

These are only a SMALL List of very strange things that happen when I use this programme - IS IT ME!!!!!

If possible, post the file that's giving you the  problem.
