2D circles moving work plan when switch to Paper Space

Having an issue where my 2d circles are changing planes or something when I switch from model space to paper space. See a video here: http://screencast.com/t/A12YyasYYBKq

Note when I switch to paper space, you briefly see the circles, then they disappear, and then you see them as straight lines in the iso view. if I do switch back to model view, then do a UNDO and then a REDO, they get put back...but then everytime I switch to Paper view, this happens again.

Any ideas?

It's hard to analyze a problem without access to the drawing. Can you post the .tcw?

Another way to temporary fix it is to select the bottom (in world plan) polyline, press 'D' to change its origin, change the origin. Then the circles magically go back to where they are supposed to...temporarily. But as soon as you switch to Paper space, they revert back to simple lines in some other plane.
