Not enough space - Plenty of space available

I have downloaded and redownloaded the TurboCAD Pro 21 trial as we are looking for alternatives to our current CAD system(s).

Upon installation, it fails claiming "There is not enough space on drive C:\ to extract this package"  However as seen in the attached photo, there is 763gb available.  Upon asking for the location, I set this to an external hard drive to see if it would work, same issue -- however it still claims not enough space on C:\ drive.  Same issue with a network drive.

I have ran the installer as administrator, disabled firewall, and several other common workarounds.  I am starting to wonder if I should just keep looking without even trying TurboCAD.

My installation takes up 2.14GB of space according to the uninstall details.

You could try unpacking it to your external drive (using rightclick the package icon, unzip) this will save space on your C drive. Like you say you have loads of space so maybe someone else can point you in the right direction.

Its a common installer problem having to do with the size of the cab file.  Restarting your machine should fix the problem.

If not, we have created an installer which splits the cab file that can be downloaded from the link below.

Same is happening to me, and I have 133 GB of free space on the drive where I am installing (TurboCAD_Pro_21-0_22-3_x86)

I have rebooted, and still no luck either.

Try installing the most recent build of 21.
