Marc,Please completely uninstall TurboCAD, and then reinstall the full build of 16.2, this will resolve the issue you are experiencing!Here are some instructions for a clean install, along with the product download URL's1) Using add or remove programs remove all versions of TurboCAD and symbols installs.2) Delete all of these folders.C:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\IMSIDesignC:\Documents and Settings\your user name\Application Data\IMSIC:\Program Files\IMSIC:\Program Files\IMSIDesign3) Clean the registry if you donâ€™t have a registry cleaning utility I would recommend regseeker which can be downloaded from hoverdesk.net http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htmOr use the windows live scan from Microsoft (depending on what settings you choose this may take care of both steps 3 and four)http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/article/registry_cleaner_why.htm4) De-fragment your harddrive. 5) Download the full version of 16.2http://support.turbocad.com/dl/confirm.php?get=TurboCAD-Pro-16-2.exe&pna6) Install TurboCAD from the downloaded installer.If you do not feel comfortable with steps 3 and/or 4 skip them.Here are the symbols:http://support.turbocad.com/dl/downloads/TurboCAD-Pro-16-Symbols-ESD.exe
