Hi there, I am designing a model of "The Gull" the first glider of John. J. Montgomery used in his first flight in 1883 near San Diego. I am going to build three different models of gliders (1883, 1905 and 1911)  so the museum curator can take them to schools for a history lesson's in flight. Anyway my scale got messed up along the way and I would to get it back to where it was. The lower longeron (keel) is suppose to be 222 mm. The vertical supports are 73 mm, and the upper two longerons are 150 mm. Also curious to what the circle with a cross in it that is located above the model is, it just pop up. Right now the model is about 8 mm long. I tried Cltr-A, Keep Aspect Ratio, then adjust the dimensions or adjust scale data blocks, but the model breaks up. Have attached the model. The models will be made of balsa wood these are about 2 mm thick. Thanks.

re: …Also curious to what the circle with a cross in it that is located above the model is, it just pop up.

Go to "Options / Geo-Location". Uncheck the "Show" Marker option. You may want to turn off the visibility of the Lights, as they're nowhere near the model and makes it hard to Zoom to Extents (Design Director palette—Lights—eyeball column).

Scaling — I think if you select everything, then use "25.4" in the X, Y & Z Scale fields, Enter, it should scale up to what you want.
