Why always open with the line tool and not select tool?
Why construction tools are alway gray on a new drawing even if i turned it blue before?
Why 3dfillet is not basic on the deluxe version, a so simple and useful tool?
(any tip how to make 3d fillet without the tool?)

  • Why always open with the line tool and not select tool?
Only available in V20 Pro editions using the LTE workplace style.

  • Why construction tools are always gray on a new drawing, even if I turned it blue before?
You can create a Template where the $Construction line is set to a different color. Use that Template to start your new drawings.

  • Why 3D Fillet is not basic on the Deluxe version, a so simple and useful tool?
$$$ Are you referring to the Fillet3D tool or the Fillet Edges tool? Fillet Edges only works on ACIS Solid objects, whereas Deluxe uses TCSurface objects. One has to get 'creative' in Deluxe.

As far as I know, the Platinum trial is a fully functioning version of the program; though it's only for a 15 day period. There is a list of commands in the Wiki, V20 Comparison Chart, that shows what tools are in the various editions. Platinum (or "Pro Platinum") has all the tools.

There is a "Pro Basic" edition that has a few less tools or options for tools (such as no Bending tools and fewer Architectural options), but I would recommend that you get the Platinum edition.

My favorite question in a Cambridge University philosophy exam -
Is this a question?

Best answer -
If that is a question then this is an answer.

When some one says "Can I ask you a question?" I reply "You just did."
