Need Good PDF "Image" Printer

I'm looking for an "image printer" that makes PDFs. I currently use Zan Image Printer (http://www.zan1011.com/) which is very good. However, I would like more options for compressing the file.

I print at 300dpi and an 11x17 sheet will be about 400 KB. I'm looking to reduce it to 200 KB without reducing the dpi.

I do not want vector-based printing, because they can be ripped and used in CAD. It must be image-based.

Thanks for your suggestions!

Have you looked at PDF995?  You can get a free version that zaps you with ads when you use it, or you can pay them to get rid of the irritation.  I find it works very well with TCAD.

I've been using NOVA. It works well also.

Best free one I've found is PrimoPDF http://www.primopdf.com/. The site will try to sell you its big-brother (NitroPDF) - ignore that, just get PrimoPDF.
