Trying to make a smooth rocket nose cone

Hello,
I created a rocket nose cone in Turbocad.   It looks great and renders smoothly inside TC.
But when I save it as an STL file or view it in any external program, it's very "blocky" with many visible facets.

Is this occurring inside Turbocad or externally?

Anyway to ensure the nose cone is smooth after exporting?

Thanks

Hi, It may be better posting the tcw file so people can check what settings you are using.

But you will probably need to check the Acis settings,  for example - is it set to quality, and if so, you will need to experiment with the Acis custom settings like setting edge length to something like 0.05, (this can slow down the file a bit), turning on 'options menu - Drawing setup - Display' and ticking 'draw form building edges' and make sure Acis 'degenerative faceting' is unticked will help show the faceting as its altered.

There is a long thread here http://forums.turbocad.com/index.php/topic,14932.msg85546.html#msg85546 which may be a different version but the principal is the same as to what you require.
