Unknown G03 circles (tool paths) when generating a tool path using win7 and cam

I created a part and generated the G code using cam 15 for cad15.
The problem is I get a lot of huge circles (G02 and G03) that are not part of the drawing.
If I run the g code simulator the tool path looks fine. But, When I run it in mach 3 the circles show up and the two curves in the tool path that should be there are turned into circles and are cut in the wrong direction and are just circles that meet on the other side.
I can post a short video on youtube showing the issue if someone would like to help me figure out what is going on here.
I am running Win 7 (64 bit) Turbo cad 15 & cam 15 to generate the tool path.
I am running mach 3 for the controller.

Attached is a simple drawing with the problem showing up in the tool path.

What build of Mach3 are you running? I am on 2.63.

Try this,
Create your offset with the offset countours tool & choose  your corner offset to be straight & not rounded (your offset will be 1/2 of the dameter of your mill ), then choose path milling instead of chain offset milling to create your too path, clicking on the "green" offset as your path to mill.

Mach 3 Version R3.043.022

I ran your code and I got the same problem.
This time the G02 codes are just big circles and not curves.

 ???

there may be a problem in how Mach3 is interpeting the code. I do not have any issue with this code on my machine. Try this code.

Thanks for looking into this for me.

I ran that code and there are no big circles.

BUT, I lost the two 1" radius curves in the drawing.

Any ideas?

OK I went back again and now I get a message in Mach3 that says:
Radius to end of arc differs from radius to start Line 15

you may want to try un-install TC, Cam Plug-in, & Mach3. Then re-install all three.

Well............

I un-installed and re-installed everything and it looks to be a lot better now.
I will create a project and generate a tool path for it and cut the parts tomorrow.
I am just to tired to do it tonight.
But, from the small test I just did, I think you may have made the correct call to un and re-install all software.

Let me ask, is running on 64 bit a problem if just testing code using mach 3 as a simulator?

I cannot answer the 64bit question as it may be better asked on the Mach3 forum. I just dont know.

OK.

I got a second wind and created a part.
Then generated a tool path.
Tomorrow I cut.

It looks like all is OK now.
Thanks for your efforts to try and help me with this.
I feel much better about the program and Win7 than I did a few days ago.

I will let you know tomorrow the results of the new cut file after it has been run.

you may want to try un-install TC, Cam Plug-in, & Mach3. Then re-install all three.

It looks like I needed to reinstall the software to fix the problem.

Looking back I seam to recall when I was installing the cam package I recall just installing the 15.1 cam update and I think I needed to install the 15 cam and then the 15.1 cam update.

At any rate I don't have the big circles in my G code anymore.

Hi begin to use bobcadcam to generate lathe g codes. In my case circles  appear in mach3 tool path when I use tools radius compensation in bobcadcam.
