Isn't ctrl-backspace the quick and dirty way to view the whole drawing?

what is the way to 'view extent' ( turbocad  phraseology )
and it stays that way?
so when you have your cup of coffee
and go to work on drawing again
it doesn't scare you
'drawings gone!'
