This is the TC file of the pods. Notice the bottoms are drawn larger then the tops. This is only so the keys will be milled right. The top and bottome are the same size. I'm sure I'm going to need to answer some questions.

This picture will show why the bottom looks wider the the top. When the top and bottom are milled the will both be the same size. The vacuum pods are made for 5/16 foam rubber gasker. I will be moving some products from a hand operation to a cnc router operation. As I do Ill be making more custom Pods meaning the height,s widths and shape will be made to fit the product. I think people like pictures so I'll be adding them as time goes on.

I've been real busy. I’ve spent most my time lately one ventilation projects. Anyway I pot some more pictures of the pods. I guess I will not be able to finish them until next year. I’m going to take the rest of the year off.
