Small ally powder flow regulators for a food plant

These were made with TCC and a machining centre from 5000 series Ally the stock as you can see in the other pic is a piece of 38x25x2mm RHS

 I expected a few to get caught in the cutter and get crunched but the only problem was finding them after the coolant washed them away. RHS made it easer too A ridged set up and the components somewhere to go clear of the cutter

You seam to be a little of a lone voice in TCC land
This is my first forum I have joined I have read a lot of the postings and will try to avoid newbei mistakes
