I guess I'll start posting some of my work. I spent my day making 12 go no go gauges for moulding and 6 moulding sanding blocks. Next time I need to make better picutres and show more of the work.

If you do a "refresh/reload/F5" while composing a reply, I find that only the top attachment is retained, the others are dropped. You can click on the Modify button to edit your post (add the missing picture(s).

Where are the gauges used? The top picture is too blurry to tell what it is.

The gauges are to check the profile on solid door fronts when the profile machine is being setting up. I make a lot of these things. I’ll add more pictures of these jigs in a few days showing how they are used.  I’ll also post more detail on the setup. (Holder, bit size, feed speed, spindle rpm and so on.)
