Pacific 18 head volumetric filler quick change bottle handling parts

My next project is standardizing all of our 18 head Pacific filling machines bottle handling capabilities so all setups can be used on any of the 4 machines we have. Two of our machines are older than the others. I have to duplicate hubs & the center guide mounting plate and also either modify existing bottle handling parts or make new for all of the existing products run on the two older machines.

To start I am working on the hubs. No CNC stuff yet, just good old manual machine work.

Yeah Brad, I am the machinist as well as the engineer on all of my projects. Gets kind of hectic at times, but I do dont have to stop and ask anyon to make a change mid stream.

That's great, "machinist as well as the engineer". Superior products are often the result of a situation such as yours. There's no disconnect between design and manufacturing.
