Activation--Help Rip Fowler

Got a new computer replacement--so need to Activate

Bought v10 from Avenquest
Bought v11 upgrade from Cadcourse

Loaded v10 I tried last known Activation Code---now incorrect

Filled in Activation sub-screen on IMSI site & got
1-Activation code for v10
2-Activation code for v11 (after I have loaded v 10)

BUT--new supplied v10 activation code doesn't work either

Have E-mailed IMSI Support  AND Rip Fowler but both are bounced with "SpamHaus" ???

Help Rip Fowler if you are reading this

Have you tried the telephone?  I have many times called IMSI Support regarding activiation issues.  They have always been prompt to answer, curteous, patient (necessary when dealing with my slow learning curve) and helpful.

Also, if you are running Vista you might be sure "User Accounts Control" is turned off.  That was the problem for me one time.

I'm on XP

Phoning from UK--not sure on tel number--used the one on the book-but unrecognized

I'm actually installing on a machine with no internet access-but requesting code on a different computer via internet activation web page avertised via Avenquest which takes me to the IMSI page where there are boxes

2-Email address
3-PN

Hmmmmmmmm---uninstalled v10 anyway

Loaded v11 "upgrade" with Serial Number

Used Activation Code received today--see post 1

Perfect--who need's v10?

Sorry for the delay, so just to clarify the new codes acquired through the software are coming up with an invalid activation message.  Make sure your computers clock is correct and if it is the send me your serial numbers through the forums via personal message.
