You would need to contact Zunair about what's new.

I found TC 2019 detail here

https://store.imsidesign.com/products/turbocad/turbocad-platinum

Thanks for the link.  But I'll hazard a guess that the site is just work in progress.

For example.  The page for the professional version (not platinum version) shows ACIS, but in the 2019 comparison chart, it shows professional as similar to what Expert is now, i.e. no ACIS solid modelling,  except its twice the price of the current Expert.  Also clicking on the 'Expert' version, gives a 404 page error when I tried it just now.   So I would not take anything on the site as being accurate at the moment.

I am a bit puzzled by this page: https://store.imsidesign.com/resources/comparisons/turbocad-windows-feature-comparison

There is no Expert version listed by name, but Professional seems to have the same capabilities, although at a higher price than I recall.

The pages have a nice, clean look.  I think more features should be listed (they appear to have been built from a boilerplate document).

On the Feature Comparison page, there are a lot of formatting errors in the first column (mostly in the Architectural sub-heading): https://store.imsidesign.com/resources/comparisons/turbocad-windows-feature-comparison.  This is common: "&nbps;&nbps;&nbps;&nbps;Windows & Doors"

I've been there. Back in a Cadalyst Aug 2004 edition, they credited my Tool Vise to Richard Brehm.

You can design without engineering, but you cannot engineer without design.
Using Win 10 with Designer 2017 and TurboCAD Pro. Plat. 2016/2017/2018 + Lightworks (64-bit versions) + AnimationLab.

Noted the 3D Print Check enhancement.

Comments/details provided by TurboCAD Africa on the tutorial  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=diFs5v1V3oo

"A new 3D Print Check option has been added when exporting an STL file. This tool checks part for the following common topological errors such as:
• non-manifold edges
• duplicate facets
• collapsed facets
• consistent normal orientation
• open edges
• shells

"
The tool also displays geometry information such as extents, number of facets/vertices, area, and volume. When saving an STL file, the user is given the option of performing a print check on the 3D model.

Visit www.turbocad.co.za for more tutorials.

A few links for anyone interested.

2019 TC product (key features) comparison chart.
2019 New feature comparison chart.
2019 File format comparison chart.

From a personal point of view.  If it works well. the 3d print check could be useful.  Though one could argue that the errors should not be there in the first place. But if an object is brought into TC from a third party, TC would have no control over how the geometry was originally created.

And I like the look of one of the new fillet (blend) options.

I can't help thinking that.  Nearly doubling the price of Expert and changing its name to Professional, is not a wise idea.  It would have made more sense to me, If IMSI had included all the Architectural stuff in the Professional version, then the Pro version could be seen as an Arch program with added 3D surface modelling.  As it stands now. The feature set, just doesn't make sense to me.

The above is obviously just a personal view. I have no doubt other people, will have a different view on the new TC versions.

Select by similar and create by similar sound like developments of format painter, select by similar seems to be select by query, except that you don't have to find out the properties of the definite object first.   Interesting to see if it works well, or if it turns out to be like autocomplete on your smart phone's messaging!  Create by similar sounds like using format painter as an ad hoc derivative property preset.
