I don't know if this will be of any use, but it couldn't hurt.

Both www.TurboCAD.com and www.IMSIDesign.com are, as I write this, offline.  They time out on any device I try to connect.

yep, same here. This forum's sub domain must be on a different host and server. I rarely see subdomains with a different host located on a separate server.

Now if they could get the Forums to work for their other product lines. The only ones that work are TurboCAD Windows and Mac. I'm guessing that they're dropping the DesignCAD, TurboFloorPlan, TurboCAD LTE, etc. product lines, since they haven't really worked in over a month.
