How do you do this in turbocad

draw a line of some random length and angle....using the offset tool, create a parallel line at 3 inches from the first. Trim the second line so its ends are different than the original. Using a measurement tool try to plot the distance between the two lines.

You can use Rotated Dimension tool, in example i have used SEKE snap, hence" V p 1 " etc, etc

Why do you restrict us to using a measurement tool?
