Drafting Pallet Dimension Scale Issues

Hi all

I've noticed a lot of issues regarding dimensions that don't scale properly in the drafting pallet its strange that you can do a few dimensions that scale correctly and then you get the odd dimensional that wont scale unless you change the scale factor manually.
Does anyone know why this happens because its a bit frustrating having to double check dimensions to ensure that they have scaled correctly.

I've had the exact, same problem (first one or two are scaled properly, then it gets erratic).

I've complained about it more than once, but haven't been able to provide a repeatable sequence of commands to replicate it.

While not certain, I'm inclined to think that the problem occurs near some invisible border that TurboCAD uses when it creates Draft views.  It could be related to a problem with dimensioning several versions ago when applying a Dimension to a feature in a Paper Space Viewport caused a zoom-compensation error if the text was placed outside the Viewport's boundaries, even though the Dimension was started inside those boundaries.

It also happens with my elderly V21PP - it seems to be worse when using alternate dimensions. It's very annoying and I'm surprised that it still happens in 2018.
Don't they ever fix things?

I have never noticed a tie-in with Alternate Dimensions.  Will have to pay attention to that in the future.

I think this needs investigating by IMSI Design it’s happen a few times to me whilst using the drafting Pallet but it’s like you said Jeff when you need to replicate the error you can’t although the error keeps on cropping up from time to time. I might have to revert back to view ports as this seems like a more reliable option.
I will send in a ticket as I think this issue needs to be resolved. Turbocad is an excellent cad program and I enjoy using it alongside Solidworks but it would be great if they sorted out this issue as the drafting pallet a great tool.
