Hello,
Rendering test in TurboCAD 2016 ProPlatinum 64-bit V23.2-61.2 engl. with Redsdk.
To render the attached image or to save as pdf needed my calculator
as much as 13 min. and 22sec., unbelievable but true.

There are only two parts, imagine, it would be 5 parts. I could probably go on vacation then.

Why is that all so slow. For (many) hints I would be grateful.

thanks and best regards

Be careful! Do not use the "Use GPU" option! Simply -> turn off "Use GPU" - this setting not mean faster rendering

That isn't always the case.  I got faster results using the GPU under Advanced rendering with 2017.  In 2018, the GPU is not used anywhere that I have seen.

I was pleasantly surprised that my renders and prints to PDF took less than 5 seconds for either of your settings (Quality or Advanced), with Advanced being faster (almost instantaneous).

I tried changing Quality to GI Fine and that took 20 seconds for a full-screen render (2560x1440 on my system).

My system setup is listed in my Tag.

Hello,

Strange the moment I thought I should write, the song came from the Beatles "Help".

First, I would like to thank you for your contributions.

In the attached file I have listed my settings of RedSdk and Nvidia and TC2016.
For me, the question now arises, what do I have to do here?

I look forward to many answers and / or hints.

Thank you and see you soon.
