How can a plan printing service reproduce an AO Model Space drawing via PDF file

I have a drawing of a rectangle, 900mm x 500mm with line width of 2 mm in Model Space.     I want to have it printed EXACTLY by a plan printing service on AO paper (1188 x 840 mm).     The plan printing service requires a PDF file.   How can I do this in TC 2018 Deluxe?

If I print to a A4 PDF file via Paper Space, effectively a quarter scale, the rectangle is the correct size but the line width does not change to 0.5mm.   Why?
..........Obviously I have simplified my problem to a very basic drawing.

Print to a pdf file with an a0 page size..
I use the cute pdf printer.
I have never had a problem with printing to an a0 pdf file.
Not sure why the line width doesn't change in might be because its a vector file not bitmap.

Thank you Nikkipollard.   I am extremely grateful for your solution.
I am running TC2018 Deluxe on Windows 10, so I confined myself to 'Microsoft Print to PDF' which didn't allow me any option beyond A3.
I installed CutePDF Writer and all looks well.   I have tried it, without printing of course, and the resultant PDF looks as though it will work exactly as I need.
After tomorrow night I will be required to amend a survey drawing (A1 originally) and print it to either A1 or AO size.   I will post the result - success or fail??.

What a pity such a simple, yet necessary, requirement to print out large-sized plans is not readily available in the IMSI user manual!!!!!!??     In my view the manual, while it has much good information, many procedures I have needed to use are not easy to find and it needs a gross overhaul.

When you print to your PDF printer driver (I also use CutePDF, with the resolution set to 1200 dpi, but sometimes I have to reduce that to get a usable file), make certain that no part of the printable area overlaps the actual printer's margin or one of two things will happen: 1) your document will be scaled to fit or 2) part of your document will not be printed.
