Architectural Objects not exporting to dwg

Hi , I am hoping someone can help me with a small issue that I am having!

I have an existing floor plan in dwg, I have opened it in TC and added Roof using the Architectural Tools, then saved the drawing. When I open the drawing in another dwg reader it cant see the roof lines. i have made sure that the "explode Architectural Objects for DWG" is ticked, however I keep getting the same issue.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

Did you save it as a .tcw before working on it and when finish save back to .dwg ??
Have you try'd to just use Default in the dwg menu you show in your pic 2

Yes, I tried saving as TCW first, then adding the roof, then saving as a dwg.
Same thing, when I import the modified dwg I cant see the roof. If I view it in TC I can but outside of TC I cant.
Any thoughts?

I just tested, open a 2D dwg i TC v21 pp, save as tcw, made a roof, save, then save as dwg with By Default setting in dwg menu, no problem to see the roof in AC Trueviewer 2017, and the explode was not checked by default.
Also no problem to see the "New" dwg in TC when opened there later

Thanks, I'll try again in the same steps that you did and will let you know how I go.
