I have had the IDX Beam Tool since V14 or so. It has always carried forward and installed without issue. I had been using it on 2017 without problems when suddenly when I launched it, it said no SN was found. I reentered it in the registry but still would not open. I uninstalled the beam tool and reinstalled it with the SN and that seemed to go fine. Problem, this time when I go to use it, it asks for an activation code. I don't recall ever having an activation code for this tool. I emailed TC support, but they are asking for an invoice for this. I have gone through so many systems that it no longer exists and IMSI has changed ordering systems so many times, most my upgrade history isn't there. I've had TC since V4 pro.
Anyone have this issue with Beam Tool?
